Tom Daschle's good advice
I think it is time that we all started listening to Tom Daschle. He makes a good point.

Sounds good. When does he report to jail?
(Sauce for the goose....)
Enforcing the law? What a novel idea! I say, "Let's do it."
, atHere's the closest thing we the people will ever see to a Daschle mug shot.

Hey, new use for Gitmo. Vacay retreat for cabinet members who are tax scofflaws.
My guess is it will be overbooked for years to come.
I am deeply concerned that we have not been at all fair to Bill Richardson. In a government of bribe taking, tax evading, money grubbing Clinton detritus, why can't Bill play? It may be costing him and his friends and relatives a fortune in influence sales. From an ethics perspective, is it fair of Hopeandchange Obama to allow only the Hispanic and none of the whites to lose years of bribe taking? I think not!

Personally I think The Big Zero and The Dems should increase the cabinet to about 3-4000 seats. At that rate, the IRS would be able to reconcile a good portion of its accounts receivable and we could probably pay off the deficit.

Daschle would look good in handcuffs right?
Nobody's Perfect
Obama's stealth strategy to eliminate tax cheating can claim another success today: Nancy Killefer, the President's choice to be "Spending and Performance" head (presumably focused on OMB, I guess) has withdrawn due to unemployment "tax problems". My guess is that the Senate's patience is running out.
