The world's murder capitals
Foreign Policy lists the major world cities with the highest murder rates. There is one American city on the list, and the rest are in undeveloped countries. Or Russia.
What's the American city? Hint: It's George Bush's fault.

While remembering that "everything" is W's fault and without looking, I'm going to have to go with New Orleans. Dwindling population plays hob with statistics like that
