The price of oil is down another $4/barrel today, more than $20 below its high earlier in the month. Sadly, the Associated Press headlined otherwise:

Hm, all the quality we've learned to expect from the AP. $4/barrel works out to how much per gallon? And a $4/gallon drop would be *huge* news.
Do you think we should chip in and buy that poor reporter some sort of calculator with a conversion feature?

, atMore bad news for the Goracle and MSM. The price of gas needs to be at least $5 gallon to fight off CO2 and AGW, or global cooling, whichever it is now. We only have 10 years left here.

Actually I was commenting on the reporter's math. $4 x 42 gallons per barrel = $168 per gallon price drop. At which rate, they would be paying you $38 or so a barrel to haul the stuff away at current prices.
