Reminds me of the flying "witch" UFO in Mexico last week! However, my guess is somewhere in China or Thailand in some sort of an oyster or clam "bog", if there are such things.

Anonymous 5:12 is the winner! The key is the weird paddling with the leg, which is an Inle Lake thing.
