I've been nominated!

Hey, Andrew Sullivan has nominated me for a "Malkin" award! As one of the rare bloggers -- or human beings, for that matter -- who enjoys reading both Andrew and Michelle, I am deeply touched. Although I'm sure I'm supposed to be offended.

You are still reading him? As he became more and more shrill I stopped a few years ago. I also remember thinking he was a bit smug with his awards, someone needs to come up with the Sully award for the most arrogant post.

I haven't looked at his blog in forever either, but the "Sully Award", for those sullied by a Sullivan mention, is a good idea.

A man is known by the company he keeps, both his friends and his enemies. I would be more worried about a "This is a great guy" announcement from AS than his disdain.

After all, we still love ya :)

"Hey, Andrew Sullivan has-"

Who? Isn't "Andrew Sullivan" one of the sockpuppet names Glen Greenwald uses? Jeez, this stuff's hard to keep up with.

"I am deeply touched."

As well you should be. Being compared to a known warmongering arch-neocon conservative like Michelle would be an honor in anyone's book. Next up for you in the recognition department?

Sullivan lost me a long time ago. He seems to have a strategy of keeping his name around by attacking people. Not someone I respect.

Deeply touched by Andy?

EWWWWWWWWWWWW!!!!!!!!!!

"I am deeply touched"

I heard he's into that sort of thing... oh wait, i thought you said touched deeply. My mistake.

Many have been elevated by becoming bloggers - you, for example.

Andrew is one who has been diminished.

Bit of a lazy insult, even for Sullivan. He could at least call you a war-monger, or, heaven forfend, intolerant.

Sullivan is a phony, uninteresting, smug and smarmy multi-use A-hole. Malkin is tedious. Comparing Tigerhawk to Malkin only affirms that Sullivan is even of a lesser wattage than I thought.

Well done, Tigerhawk! A badge of honor. If you are antagonizing the moonbats, you are doing something right. Andrew Sullivan's blog was the first blog I ever read. I thought him to be an eloquent spokesman for conservatism and tried to overlook the constant waving of his homosexuality in my face. It finally got to be too much and I quit reading him about 2003. Since then he morphed into a moonbat. I have always wondered what brought about the change?

Well, the comment that Sullivan chose to honor was stupid and intemperate. "...the jihadis will not have done too badly either"??? I presume this is directed at Obama, the guy that said he would take the hunt for Bin Laden into Pakistan. Sheesh...get out of the echo chamber, guys.

By Blogger TigerHawk, at Sat Jan 05, 08:13:00 PM:

Actually, Anon 11:43, I was referring to the fact that both Obama and Huckabee opposed the "surge." Had their point of view won the day, many more jihadis would be alive today.

congrats
