George Bush and climate change diplomacy

Kimberly Strassel points out that George Bush has rolled up one diplomatic victory after another on climate change, including the specific engagement of China and India, something that the green ideologists and the command-and-control European governments have been unable to do. Not that anybody will give him the credit.

I seen a number of blogs and MSM commentators saying that Bush is just trying to derail Kyoto. They are not interested in knowing that Bush has been working on this for years and the first countries signed on in 2005.
