Nationalism is blind
I appreciate that the recent war may have driven some Lebanese to support Hezbollah out of nationalism, or sheer hatred of Israel, or reaction to Israel's conduct of the war. Still, I wonder whether these young Lebanese women -- dressed as they are with a "Western" neckline, short sleeves, and Hezbollah scarves -- realize that if the Army of God has its way they will no longer be allowed to wear these clothes in public.

I believe that is nothing more than a propaganda shot. If you look at further photos from the protest today against T. Blair, there are not even any women in the crowd! The photo you have was definitely staged. These are not the democracy protests that we saw last year. These are not the Christians joining with the Muslims that we saw last year.
