Chalk it up to a winning streak for the not-so-closeted righty, TigerHawk. Your boy gets re-elected, you get upgraded to first class (no doubt because some whining, duped-by-the-MSM lefty somehow arrived at the airport earlier than you did), what's next? Perhaps you'll get a cabinet position in the Bush Administration? A personalized, autographed copy of Karen Hughes' book? Backstage passes to a Larry Gatlin concert? Enquiring minds want to know.
A couple of thoughts.
1. I'm not a closet-righty, I'm a hawkish libertarian apologist. There's a difference.
2. I arrived at Seat 22B on CO 55 this afternoon well before the bearded one who had the same number stamped on his boarding pass. Indeed, he was flying standby. Why they sold the same seat twice is beyond me. In any case, I was very grateful to get kicked up front.
3. I wouldn't want to serve in the Bush cabinet for at least two reasons. I really don't go to church more than a couple of times a month, max, and they probably would make me give up blogging for fear of losing message discipline.
4. As for Bush winning, I am pleased that with Ashcroft going I can have my cake and eat it too.
