Mystery Photo!
Where is this building, and what is its significance?
Hmm. Steel-frame temporary-office-building made from prefabricated pebbledash-finish concrete wall panels. Welded-wire security fence with mesh at anti-climb spacing (they think US chain link fencing is so stupid...) Citroen Relay/Renault Master van in foreground followed by Escort van. Man lorry driving on left. Must be United Kingdom. Probably the construction site for the upcoming Olympics.
It is a colossal waste of taxpayer money being used to stoke the egos of the ruling politicians. An added benefit of course is that said politicians and their cronies will be personally enriched by the project.
London? Olympics?
ReplyDeleteFirst new nuclear reactor to be built in the U.S. in over 30 years?
